Perhaps you’d say, Hey, I’ve seen this logo before except using the word: Phenom!
.
Yup you are right, mate! This red glassy logo is not genuinely my idea. Been years I had this logo in mind and curiously wanted to know how to create it. This tutorial is one way amongst thousands of making it with a cool software CorelDraw.
- CorelDraw is a registered trademark of Corel Corporation.
Click the Ellipse Tool (F7), and draw a circle that is 400px in diameter.
Hold the Ctrl key when drawing with mouse, it will keep the circle proportional.
Remove any outline from the circle by setting Outline Width option to none.
Click the Interactive Fill Tool (G), and set the Fill Type to Uniform Fill.
Set RGB color with the following value: R:128 G:59 B:61
Click the Ellipse Tool (F7) and draw a circle that is ~380px in diameter.
Position it to be centered and the top of the first circle.
Hold the Shift key and click both circles.
With both circles selected, push C then E to make them centered.
Remove any outline from the circle by setting Outline Width option to none.
Click the Interactive Fill Tool (G), and set the Fill Type to Radial.
Click the Edit Fill (F11), and adjust the color gradation (see picture).
As an example, I’ve used the following color scheme (opposite the arrow’s direction):
1. R:140 G:46 B:45
2. R:190 G:49 B:45
3. R:230 G:270 B:170
Click the Text Tool (F8), then enter some text with any font type.

Click the Interactive Drop Shadow Tool, then apply shadow upon your text.
Please set the options to fit your needs.
Click the Ellipse Tool (F7), then draw a circle that is ~200px in diameter.
On property bar options, choose Pie, then set Starting and Ending Angles to 0.0 and 180. Position it to the top of the first circle (see picture).
Remove any outline from the circle by setting Outline Width option to none.
Click the Interactive Transparency Tool, then set the Transparency Type to Linear. Afterwards, set Fountain Transparency Angle to -90.
Here our red glassy logo. Happy designing!
